Troubleshooting

If you are having a problem with your Vemail phone software, try
clicking Menu and then Help from the screen you are on. You will
receive help for that particular screen.

If you are getting an error, write down the exact error message. A
list of error messages, their meanings, and suggested solutions can
be accessed in your Vemail phone software. Start on the Main screen
and select Help, then Error Messages. The error messages are sorted
alphabetically and by category.

and explain your problem. Please include your Vemail User Number,
the name of the screen where the problem occurred, the action that
caused the problem, and the exact error message (if any).
