Troubleshooting

If you are having a problem with your Vemail phone software, try
clicking Menu and then Help from the screen you are on. You will
receive help for that particular screen.

If you are getting an error, write down the exact error message. A
list of error messages, their meanings, and suggested solutions can
be accessed in your Vemail phone software. Start on the Main screen
and select Help, then Error Messages. The error messages are sorted
alphabetically and by category.

You can also contact support@voicegenesis.com
and explain your problem. Please include your Vemail User Name, the
name of the screen where the problem occurred, the action that
caused the problem, and the exact error message (if any).

The Vemail Service may be terminated immediately without liability upon
sending notice to the e-mail address you provided during your
registration. You may end your use of the Vemail Service at any time
by terminating service with your wireless carrier or by removing the
Vemail application from your phone. No refunds shall be granted for
any fees paid in advance. Upon termination you will no longer have
access to the Vemail service or data, messages, files or other
material you previously stored in your Vemail phone software or on
Vemail servers.
