Claro Puerto Rico offers the BREW version of Vemail phone software. Follow these instructions to download it onto your mobile phone. A charge of approximately $5/month1 will appear conveniently on your mobile phone statement. You can cancel at any time by deleting Vemail from your phone.


How To Download

  1. On your mobile phone, access BREW or Get It Now
  2. Select Productive Tools or Email or Messaging or something similar
  3. Select Vemail or Vemail VoiceEmail or Voice Genesis Vemail 2.0
  4. Configure It
    Once downloaded, you can find it in the BREW or Get It Now area on your phone.
