Mobile phone software for standard cell phones (feature phones) comes in primarily two flavors: Java and BREW.
Which does your carrier support? (BREW carrier list, Java carrier list)

• BREW - BREW is generally a closed system. If your carrier suports BREW and they offer Vemail, then they should be on our carrier list. If they aren't on our list, then Vemail probably is not available to you, but you can check on your phone with these general BREW download instructions.
• Java - Java (Mobile Java, J2ME) is open. So if phone supports Java and has access to the Internet, then you can download the Java version of Voice Genesis Vemail software onto your phone. The Vemail 2.0 Java version is free for 2 days, after which time you'll be prompted to enter your credit card for the $4.99/month¹ fee. It should work on any Java MIDP 2.0 phone that has Java audio record enabled (some carriers disable it).
